Our process begins with preparing an initial presentation featuring two branding options, which typically takes 2-3 weeks. The full branding process then extends to 4-5 weeks, depending on your project's scope and your team’s responsiveness. If website design is part of the package, it usually adds another 2-3 weeks to the timeline. The entire project may take longer if you choose additional services or need extra time for feedback. During our initial consultation, we'll provide a more precise timeline tailored to your specific needs.
This is very rare, but can somethimes happen. In this case we’ll jump on a call with you to discuss the brief again, go over some visual references and be sure that we’re really clear on what you’re after. We will then create one new concept, and you’ll still have a round of revisions to tweak if necessary. So far none of our clients have needed more to be fully happy with the outcome, but if necessary we can make extra revisions at our hourly rate.
Typically we require a 50% deposit in order to secure your spot in our schedule, the other 50% is due when your project is completed. But we understand that working with a design studio is an investment, and if you need your payment to be divided into smaller parts just let us know, and we can discuss how to adjust the payment schedule to your needs.
Absolutely! We can provide all the files we've worked on in editable formats, ensuring you have everything you need if you ever hire a graphic designer to make changes. To make the process smooth, it’s best to discuss your preferred file formats upfront so we can use the software that suits you best right from the start.
We’ll start by scheduling a 20-minute introductory call. This discovery call allows us to get to know you and your project better, ensuring we’re aligned with your vision and goals. After discussing the timeline, scope of work, and project objectives, we’ll provide you with a project proposal. If you decide to proceed, we’ll send an agreement detailing all project specifics and covering the transfer of copyrights for your review and signature. We’ll also include the initial payment details, which can be completed via a payment link or bank transfer. Let us know your preferred start date, and once everything is finalized, we’ll kick off the project!
